Modern Dance
IST offers Modern Dance lessons in collaboration with EleDance by Eleonora Violin, a professional with over 20 years of experience in the dance sector. This program requires no previous dance experience and focuses on physical and mental development through movement. The course uses technical and didactic elements adjusted to each age group, developing motor skills, coordination, flexibility, teamwork, and creativity through the playful aspect of dance.
